Under Government of India consumer protection standards, every hallmarked gold jewellery piece must carry three distinct laser symbols: the BIS Triangular Mark, the Carat/Purity indicator (such as 22K916 or 18K750), and a unique 6-character alphanumeric code known as HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification).
Always verify this code through the official BIS Care app before concluding your invoice at any jewellery showroom.
